• Entry forms to be released well in advance of pre-entry event.
• Are there others to get permission from or liase with?:
• Farmers
• Forest grazier rights
• Horse events
• 4 wheel drive Buggie operator
• Mountain Bike Committee
• Other recreation events in same area
• Maori land access and suitable "koha"
• Does it clash with hunting season if north of Kareta Road?
• Advise AOA Magazine editor of date, location, access, access signage, travel times, setter, vetter.
• Check that there are enough maps.
